1. Who runs the site

Airport Ears is run by Bobby Madhu, an individual in India ("I", "me"). To reach me, message Bobby Madhu through the place where you were given the link to this site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the site does

It shows a map of airports, marks the ones that have feeds listed by LiveATC.net, shows aircraft positions from open ADS-B data, and links to other sites. No audio is played, hosted or rebroadcast here. LiveATC links open LiveATC.net, which is a separate service with its own terms. I am not affiliated with LiveATC.net, Flightradar24, FlightAware or any other company named on the site. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to say what a link goes to.

3. The information may be wrong

• Aircraft data comes from volunteers' receivers. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Many aircraft (military, private or out of coverage) do not appear at all, and coverage is thin in some regions.
• The list of LiveATC feeds is a snapshot saved on 29 October 2026. Feeds can be added, renamed, go offline or become unavailable in your country.
• Airport details come from OurAirports and the map from OpenStreetMap, which can contain errors.

Always use official sources (such as your aviation authority, NOTAMs and weather briefings) for anything that matters.

4. Using the site fairly

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not:

• send automated or very frequent requests, scrape the aircraft endpoint, or try to overload or break the site or the services it relies on;
• try to get around the limits or security of the site;
• use the site, or data taken from it, for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks the terms of the data providers listed on the site.

I may block access or change or stop the site at any time, without notice.

5. Ownership and credits

The design and code of Airport Ears are © 2026 Bobby Madhu, all rights reserved, except the open parts below. Data and software from others stay under their own licences, credited in the "Credits & data" section of the site's menu: aircraft data from adsb.lol and map data from OpenStreetMap (both under the Open Database Licence, ODbL), airports from OurAirports (public domain), the welcome-screen map from Natural Earth (public domain), the plane icon from Google Material Icons (Apache License 2.0), and the map libraries Leaflet and MapLibre GL (open source licences).

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to me with details and I will look into it promptly.

6. Price and refunds

The site is free. I take no payments and sell nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If I ever add paid features, I will publish a refund policy and ask for your agreement before taking any payment.

7. Links to other sites

Links go to sites I do not control. I am not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not allow me to exclude liability, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the site, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes, law and disputes

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be decided by the courts in India that have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to a court there. Please write to me first so we can try to sort it out.
